KIPI allows bidirectional communication between Ethernet and a KNX TP installation. It allows addressing, programming or monitoring components located in a KNX TP network from the Ethernet side by using KNXnet/IP Tunneling protocol, with up to 5 parallel connections. It supports extended frames, with a maximum frame length of up to 254 bytes. DIN-rail mounting (2 units). External power supply is not needed.
